Culinary Experience
Despite having an engineering degree, I have worked in kitchens since I was 15. While not being classically trained, I have found a deep love for the culinary arts over the last 10 years. In the future, I want to blend my medical and chemical knowledge to create exciting new foods and methods of preparation!
